PANCAKES — THIS Sunday, beginning at 8:30- our children and youth will host a Pancake Palooza to thank the church for all their support! Elementary kids and youth should arrive by 8:15 if at all possible to help set-up… Pls call or text me to confirm your kids can help. 386-341-8834. It will be FUN as well as tasty!!
EGG HUNT — At 9:30 when adults go to their Sunday School classes or to Lifetree Cafe, the fun and learning for kids will continue. There will be age-grouped egg hunts, EASTER crafts and games, and LOTS of fun for everyone ! You may, of course, invite family and friends as well.
PALM SUNDAY WORSHIP — When we adjourn to the sanctuary for Palm Sunday worship at 10:45, everyone will participate in waving palm branches and singing “hosannas”. It will be a meaningful beginning to Holy Week for the entire family! Don’t miss it!!!
MAUNDY THURSDAY — On Thursday evening (4/2), we will share a family meal at 5:45, followed by a special Maundy Thursday service in Adams Hall. In small groups, we will visit various “stations” using Scripture and other elements to consider Jesus’ last week leading up to His crucifixion and Resurrection. It will be meaningful for all ages, and a wonderful time to help & encourage families to focus on the true meaning of EASTER. Child care will be provided for preschoolers after dinner. Please be sure to call the church office by noon on Tuesday to reserve for dinner so we will have plenty of food. [Note: No Wed night dinner next week.. Come Thursday, instead.]
EASTER SUNDAY — We hope you will also invite family and friends to share our EASTER Celebration at the regular worship hour: 10:45, April 5th. You’ll be blessed by joining the community of believers who joyfully share, “Christ is Risen!” He is Risen, INDEED!” Come participate in the joy of Resurrection!
