Communication Information from Sonny 8-12-19

Dear Central Family,

In this post there are 3 attachments. The first is the proposal that comes from the deacons. It has background, as well as the proposal and some pros and cons included. The second is the spreadsheet that Mrs. Roberson sent regarding her estimated fees for the consultation. Please note that this does not include travel expenses, meals, or hotels. The third is her cover letter, that explains her understanding of the work for which we would contract her.

Please remember that we will have a communication meeting next Sunday after church to discuss this proposal. If you have any questions, please bring them to the meeting. There will be absentee ballots available upon request. Please make sure that you talk to Gwen regarding absentee ballots to make sure that we follow established procedure for them.
